DIRECTOR, CRIMINAL DEFENSE CLINIC
Just a short note to let everyone know the students in the Criminal Defense Clinic are, as always, busy representing real people in real cases in real time. Since the beginning of this semester, through November 18th, students have handled or are handling 72 cases for 48 different clients. Students handle all phases of representation from initial interview through appearance in Court. The responsibility of representation falls entirely on the clinic student's shoulders under the ever watchful eye of the Clinic Director.
